“Parking was a decent price for 10 days, location was good, only 5 minute transfer time to the terminal, our major complaint was on our return, we called for the transfer at 1.53am and we were told it was on it's way. We were the first waiting at the pick up point so when the Minibus eventually turned up at 2.10am we assumed our names would be called out, that wasn't the case, it was a free for all, and we were told we couldn't get on and that once they had dropped the current people off they would come back for us. 2.30am the minibus came back and we had to fight again to get on this. Totally understand the fact that they only had 1 working minibus, these things happen, but the system of picking people up is shocking, no queuing system at all. Got back to my car to be told I could easily get out, that wasn't the case, the guy kept pointing at another car saying I could get out, I told him that wasn't my car and my car was infact unable to move until other cars had left the car park. Probably wouldn't use again, but for the price, we can't complain too much. Gues you get the service you pay for.”
Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. The bus is constantly going back and forth from the airport so you shouldn't have been waiting that long. We will speak to the car park regarding this.
