“Arriving no issues, coming back rude family jumped the queue, surely there should be order of pick up around arrival and calling in. This needs sorting by staff, we had to wait for the same mini bus to come back and collect us, wet through as it was raining. Don't think I will bother again.”
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear this. Sadly, some people can be rude and there is little we can do. The staff try to police this as best they can, but this can sometimes not work. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.
