“Storage seemed safe enough but a car crash of a company with no plan B for eventualities, on return no pick up, so I phoned them a few times no answer just redirected to a voicemail and no call back, speaking to other customers found out the minibus had broken down with no access to another, they hired a taxi and it got a puncture one guy trying his best to sort things with a small car, there was families with babies and small kids waiting outside early morning November, lucky for us it wasn’t raining. The guy took drivers to pick up their cars to return to airport which cost me ANOTHER £5 to get out car park having already paid this booking in.
At the office they said I was a day late even though I booked online and a guy confirmed everything including flights when he took my keys, but they graciously waived the fee due to ongoing problems, to top it all off next morning there was a scratch on my wing and door that wasn’t there at drop off, yes sometimes things all go wrong at the same time but forward plan for what ifs, which is the purpose of these reviews to learn from mistakes. However, I personally will not be using this company ever again”
“The driver that takes you to the airport is extremely miserable and sarcastic with anything you ask. When we arrived back at the airport for our return ride, the driver told me it was full and was sarcastically asking what I would like him to do about it. I simply asked for an explanation of how do I get back to my car as I was starting to worry. The driver was rude to me and said I would have to wait again for him with no explanation or apologies. Luckily after waiting again he did return but was still being sarcastic and rude to me the whole way back to the car park, almost instigating an argument that my girlfriend as well as the other workers at the site had to diffuse as he refused to stop saying rude comments to me. I would never use their service again.”
“I would have given 5 stars but the guy who brought the car to us at the end was an idiot! The guys who checked our car in and took us to the airport on the mini bus were fab. Our car was kept safe and i would still recommend the service based on our experience. The problem came when we returned. We called the number to let them know we had arrived back to Liverpool airport. The minibus arrived and collected some people who were waiting before us. The nice minibus driver kindly offered for one of their other staff to bring our car to us to save us waiting longer (with 4 kids at 2am). He said his staff would sort the barrier fee out (£5) when they brought the car. Our car arrived and when we mentioned the £5 barrier fee that was promised to us, the younger guy that drove the car round strated arguing and giving us attitude. £5 is not the issue, we paid the £5 and exited the car park but the guy's attitude was awful! Like i said, the car was kept safe, which is the most important thing to us. All of the other staff were polite and friendly, unfortunately the guy that drove the car to us let the side down. Maybe he had a bad day, or maybe he's just always like that!”
