“Utterly shocking ! And will Never use company again and would recommend everyone to avoid company. Car was damaged and company accept no responsibility. Damage was inside vehicle and do only could have been caused by a member is staff and deliberately tried to cover up damage and failed to advise me when car was collected. They expect you to fully inspect ur vehicle at 03:30 in a dark car park before leaving site . No ideal but you can check outside my damage was inside and will cost hundreds of pounds to rectify”
