“I used this place when going on holiday to Spain. Never been in Liverpool before so I did not know the area. After several attempts to contact them before I arrived to get the precise directions I found myself at the wrong establishment. A male employee called Daniel finally called me back and was extremely abusive and swore at me because I had parked in the wrong place and refused to come and find me to give me directions. What a nasty individual. When I finally found where I was supposed to go he refused to talk to me and would not give me his surname. His colleague gave his name as Liam Dunbavin he wasn’t much better. They were advised as meet and greet however no one met and greeted me at any point. A total waste of time and money please avoid at all costs.”
“Didnt recieve what a booked. More a park and walk. Luckily had my phone otherwise wouldnt of be able to prove payment, and would have had to pay again. This issue needs resolving for future customers.”
“I phoned up the number 20 minutes before arrival as advised on email to get told call when 10 minutes away.
I tried calling but said user busy for about 10 minutes so we ended up driving to “parking up” it was clear that the phone had been took off the hook!
I went to the office and said to the man on the desk we have been trying to call we need someone to collect our car so can someone follow us to the terminal please?
To which he replied no I am on my own you will have to leave your car here and walk to the airport which is about 5 minutes away which is not long but it is when you have suitcases a 4 month old baby and a partner who is waiting for a knee op so literally he could not walk over aswel as all the luggage and baby!
I politely explained this and he still insisted I had to leave the car and walk over! I stated to him I have paid for a “meet and greet” he told me no you haven’t I showed him the email and he still said it doesn’t mean a “meet and great” didn’t make sense at all.
So I went back to my car and told my partner he went in and he was the same with him but my partner insisted he wasn’t going to be walking.
The man then got in the car and dropped us off and went back in our car
On the way home we phoned as we was collecting our luggage bear in mind same again we had luggage our baby and his bad knee! Plus it was 01:30 in the morning To which the person said to us you will have to walk over!!! Not a chance even more so at that time with a baby!!
Someone ended up bringing our car to us.
Just giving people a heads up I should of read the reviews myself before booking as I would never have booked customer service terrible attitude terrible and apparently not a meet and greet but that’s what your paying when booking online??

I'm very sorry to hear this. Yes, you had booked meet and greet so that was the service the car park should have provided to you. We will be speaking with the car park management to understand why this didn't occur on this occasion as that was what you had paid for. Once again, I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Thought it strange that you had to phone 20 minutes before arrival for further instructions when you arrive at Liverpool airport terminal.
We were told that one of the drivers would meet us and take the car from us.
Told to wait by the yellow submarine in the quick drop off and collect car park.
We had to pay the driver for collecting the car, he was late in arriving because the person who took the call didnt pass on the information to him. This cost £10 as the time was over 5 minutes, the same on return had to pay £6 to leave the pick up area.
Tried to check for this in the small print but couldn't find it.
Paid £16 extra to drop the car off and pick up again.
No complaint with the persons collecting / returning the car, they were very polite, but I do have an issue with the extra £16 we had to pay.
You should be able to drop off / pick up your car without financial penalty for doing so.
Will not use again.”

“This is not a meet and greet car park, when we arrived we were told we had to walk to the terminal because they had nobody to transfer us even though we had an austic person in there pyjamas. The site is offsite not in the terminal and you also have to pay additional fees if a transfer is available. If your car is parked outside there is a sign saying that they are not responsible for your car or any damage.
Absolutely unbelievable charging meet and greet prices utter disgrace and deception.
Worst place i have ever used!!!”
