“Always a good service but on our last meet and greet we were told because we were early then we had to drop off and walk over which at 4.30am isn’t ideal.”
“Arrived at the Imagine car lot expecting to be taken to the airport as I had booked Meet & Greet. Told by the employee that I would have to drive myself and drop off bags then return and then walk back, it was only a 3 minute walk. The attendant said he was on his own. I said I've paid for a service and not receiving what I had paid for. His attitude was indifferent bordering on aggressive. He eventually realised that I had booked Meet & Greet and came with us to the airport. I had to pay the exit fee of £5 as he drove my car away. I won't be using them again!”
I'm sorry to hear this. We will speak to the car park provider regarding this as you booked Meet & Greet so they should have provided this service for you.
“We called to say we were 20 minutes away as directed in our confirmation text message only to be told they couldn't find our details and that they were alone in the office so could we call back when we were 5 minutes away. We did and were told to go to the express parking and they would meet us as soon as possible.
When the gentleman met up he then said we had to pay an additional £5 for the express car park which we disputed but he wouldn't take our car until we had done it. We had to fill out paperwork on the car park as he still couldn't find our booking details.
On arrival back to Liverpool, we called and someone brought our car pretty quickly. He pulled up, jumped out, left the car running and said we needed to pay £5 again on exit, before he ran off.
Very unprofessional service and we will definitely not use them again”
I'm sorry to hear that the car park provider was not ready for you. They are given all of your information to be ready for you in advance of your arrival. We will speak to them about this.
