“The sign posts were quite good. Barrier did not raise. This made us think that we had the wrong car park. We pressed the button and got a ticket. The car park was so full that we had to park a long way down. When we returned in the middle of the night the walk was huge. We drove to the exit barrier expecting it to lift - no. It was telling us how much we had to pay. We moved to a different barrier and it still didnt lift. We had to press the help button and a person took our car reg and searched. He didn't converse with us but the barrier eventually just lifted. Will not use again - too far out and not professional.”
