Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear this. There are always spaces available in this car park, that is why you prebook them. You wouldn't be able to book if there were no space available.
“On arrival here was only 1 space left but to tight to enable me to get put of the car. There are no marked bays to enable room to open car door. The cars were parked like sardines in a can. Some had cars parked in front and behind so I assume they could be moved when needed to exit the car park. I could not find a spot but there was a coned off spot so went to the office and a really pleasant man came and removed the cones so I could park. Not sure where I would have parked if I hadn't have found this spot and this is a quiet time of the year. The cark park is literally only a 2 minute walk to the terminal building which is in it's favour. I would rather spend a little bit extra and park in one of the 3 onsite car parks so I have a huge choice of spots and room to get in and out of my car with ease. Needless to say I will not be using this car park again.”
