Thanks for your feedback. You parked in a different car park to the one that you booked in, that is why you had to pay again as you weren't booked at that car park. We will ask the car park if they will refund on this occasion, however it is not their fault that you parked in the wrong car park. We will contact you to try and get a refund for this.
