“Unreal never have I seen pictures of this detail the photos of 5. SS Wiking and other units in the Kovel area. Its done much the same of previous works like Platz Der Liebstandarte. Remy Spezzano pulls it out the park with his restoration of these rare photos and Douglas E. Nash's writing complements each photo and puts you write there in the action. You see everything of Panzergrenadiers, Panthers, Pioneer and Artillery and it shows actual combat photos that are pretty hard to do if there staged which many are not staged. They show everyday life for what these men went threw at times mud, sweat and blood. What should be kept in mind is a lot of these men had just survived the Cherkassy-Korsun pocket (24 January-18 February 1944) and while other "Divisions" got R&R Wiking didn't it was straight it to Kovel.”
