High quality photographs of the Panther from different angles for several model types. Several color images of various camouflage patterns used on different variants and time periods.

a comprehensive guide to the technical and development history of the tank during the last years of the war. Includes wonderful schemes of camoflage sorted by the factorys producing the panther. The pictures are well printed, large an often unseen before. Clear drawings help to explain some details not even easily seen on the pictures. A very good purchase i believe after browse through

I was very impressed with the depth of information the author(s) have put into one book. The research using wartime Heer, Heers Waffenamt and other primary source material is overwhelmingly welcomed!

Very thorough and precise research on factory applied zimmerit and camouflage schemes, with a lot of rare or unpublished photographs, in-depth analysis, and valuable information and illustrations. Unfortunately, editing and proof-reading are poor: many mistakes, missing words, sentences cut in the middle, many repetitions beetween the photographs, the illustrations and the text, or even within the text itself. The table of contents is minimal, there is no index, and it will be difficult to find the information you are looking for. Too bad, this excellent work deserved better.
