Hi Ritesh, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I'm sorry to hear of any damages. I've had a look into this, and it appears as though this was signed off as a "Successful Clean Delivery", meaning that no damages were reported at the time of delivery. We have no other records on our system that indicate of any issues between then and now. Sadly, we would be unable to raise a claim if your goods did appear to be damaged, as all claims must be submitted within 24 hours after receiving damaged goods - this booking was delivered at the end of August. If you have any photos of the condition of the goods before and after transit, please sent them in to support@palletonline.co.uk and we'll take a look. Best regards, PalletOnline

“Great communication, Great Experience. Driver called Gary, he was careful with my item and very accommodating. contacted 30 mins before arriving and all-round great experience. Will be using again !!!”

“We have not had the delivery of the palletised engine, is there a problem? The engine was delivered at 16:30 6/7/22 all OK. Would have liked more communication on date and time of delivery. Otherwise overall service was good.”
