Hi Luke, Thanks for taking the time to write your review. I’m really sorry to hear your pallet wasn't collected. I've had a look into this for you, and, unfortunately, your pallet could not be collected on the first occasion because a tail lift was required to load your pallet. We weren't made aware of this when we received your booking. The depot was then advised to collect the next day but, unfortunately, the driver had run out of time to collect on both occasions. We deeply apologise for this. Sadly, some depots across the country are still under considerable strain at the moment due to high freight volumes. This is what ultimately caused the delay with your collections. In conclusion, we greatly apologise for the inconvenience this has caused. It’s extremely rare for any of our bookings to experience so many failed collections, so it's as much of a disappointment for us as it is for you when things go wrong. I can assure you that we are processing your full refund as I type this and should be with you soon.
