We have been using our system now for 2 months. Overall we are pleased with our Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System. Unlike other RO systems we have used, the water straight from the system has a palatable taste, with other systems we used to add liquid minerals to the water when drinking to improve the taste. It's a neat & compact system that runs quietly (compared to other countertop systems). We now have 1 less device (a kettle) on our countertop which has given us a bit more room on our small countertop. The power consumption is good compared to a kettle for hot water. Using a plugin power usage monitor the system has used about £5 of electricity in 2 months. The overall design is visually pleasing and fits well within our kitchen. The large water tank and volume of filtered water per tank fill are excellent, on our old system we would have to change the filter many times in the day and it only gave us 2lt of filtered water per 4lt tank filling. With the Osmio we get 4lt per 5lt fill. The convenience of the system is just what we have been looking for but there is room for improvement. The button to select water temperature is very temperamental and is a poor design & could be improved to make the user experience even better. When selecting a water temperature, it often moves to another temperature when you press the button, this can be dangerous if it switches unexpectedly to boiling water when a cooler temperature is selected or frustrating &wasteful if it switches to a colder temp when hot is required. We often have to press this button twice to get the water running. This isn't just us, other people have the same issue when using our filter. Friends often try to press the temperature indicator light which instinctively would be the thing to do, to get the desired water temperature. This would negate the requirement for the rotating silver selector button altogether. The beeping when selecting a temperature and activating the water is annoying, an option to turn this off would be a big improvement. We understand why there is the beeping but oh it's annoying especially if you use the filter system a lot as we do. We cannot comment on the life of filters as yet, due to only having been using the system for 2 months. So to recap - a good system but it has room for improvement. If the selector button issue and beeping were improved this would be a great system

I purchased Osmio Zero. It seems to be doing exactly as advertised and sold. I live in the North West (UK) and the tap water here is fairly soft, clean and drinkable overall. It is heavily chlorinated though, which reduces palatability. The Osmio tank stinks of chlorine every time I replace it. The filtered water is very soft, and tasty and doesn't have a chlorine smell (or taste). My wife says the taste is lovely. The solids meter shows a reduction of dissolvable solids from approx. 240 ppm down to 25-30 ppm. It is stable between these low numbers due to the Osmio minerals replenishment filter, so I don't need to add any mineral drops to the filtered water. I don't know for sure if there are any metals, hormones or any other dissolved chemicals in the tap water around here (or if the RO membrane clears any of these), as this is not easy to establish without frequent lab testing. However, there is no guarantee either, that these are always absent from the tap water. It is too early to give meaningful feedback on some other features of Osmio Zero but for the moment I am happy with the purchase. If anything changes, I'll update this review and feedback.

We bought a Zero RO filter from Osmio and a Genesis about 3 weeks ago. We love them both and wish we'd done so years ago. The filtered water tastes great and also makes our coffee taste smooth and almost sweet rather than bitter with tap water. The Zero plus the Genesis Hydrogen water makes us feel years younger, happier, clear-headed and lighter.

The water has a chemical taste to it. I had expected a pure tasting water

Love it. I don't mind losing the liter of water as I can see it's like an oil slick of waste product.

Easy to use and looks nice. However the water tastes bad even after filtering about 20L through the system. Has a plastic/metallic kind of taste which I can now see other reviews mentioning so quite disappointing considering the money I spent on it.
