“Great product, water is so much better to drink now. Possibly not the right fit for someone who makes multiple cups of tea all at once as the boiling water stream is a little slow. For one or two cups its no issue and perfect for my household!! Definitely recommended.”

“Lovely to have well-filtered water with a choice of temperatures from cold to boiling and 85 degrees is great for my green tea! Keep it close to your kitchen sink for filling. From every 5 litres, you fill the tank with - one litre is poured away and I guess this means that all the pollutants are being poured back into the water waste system and may come round again? I hate wasting water but it would seem this is full of the concentrated filtered out stuff. Some ideas of where it could be used would be great.”

“Quality product, so convenient, very easy to use. Even the various noises it makes while filling up or running empty etc are non-offensive, even pleasant to me. It just smacks of quality. The first 10 days or so the flavour was a little strong(probably the calcium/magnesium filter washing through) but after that it's been great! The service as usual is brilliant. Loving it, thanks for making this great product, you guys are a blessing!”

“Love my water and is great I can take it with me when I love. It’s easy to use and the water tastes lovely It is a small tank do water runs out quickly and you can’t top it up so that is the only drawback Otherwise great purchase”

“Very impressed with my water filter… water tastes great… love the variety of water temperatures and not needing a kettle. Only negative comment - is the black finishing was badly scratched, brand new out of the box. I expected it to scratch easily, as mentioned on the website, but I didn’t expect it to arrive scratched. It isn’t worth it to post it back for a “ superficial“ fault. I gave it five stars because it’s functionality is great but those who are thinking about purchasing the black finish… I’d say go for the white, for durability, rather than the aesthetic of the black.”

“What a great machine and fantastic water filter/purifier. The Osmio Zero is compact, neat looking and easy to use. I drink lots of water for my health. When I read recently that the government here in England plans to fluoridate everyone's mains water I was horrified. I searched for a suitable water filter and the most appealing was this system, for its functions, looks and at an affordable price too without the need for expensive and space-taking plumbing, and it fits just great on a countertop in our small kitchen. The water is refreshingly pure, plus wonderful magnesium together with some calcium is added by a post-filter while the pre-filters remove all of the unwanted stuff. I had a teething problem with my system, apparently due to the fact that the property where I live did not include a Residual Current Device in the consumer unit. The friendly, helpful staff at Osmio quickly and efficiently dealt with the problem immediately. I had never intended to use the instant hot water facility built into the system, but after my first coffee I made using this pure hot water, I was hooked. This R.O, machine plus my Osmio Hydrogen water generator, the Osmio Duo Water Bottle, work fantastically together. Thank you all at Osmio.”

“We bought the Zero stand-alone unit for our pure water needs for drinking and cooking. I am very happy to endorse this product, as the water quality lives up to the claims. In my view the gold standard for great drinking water is Evian. The output from the Osmio matches this and without the waste of plastic bottles. For prospective buyers I would say that the first 3 or 4 tankfuls had a slight "plasticky" taste, but I think this was the containers being new, so fill it 3 or 4 times and empty and then start to drink the water. All in all a great product. We are now looking at a plumbed-in version to save refilling the 5 litre tank every day or so.”
