We've had our Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis System for 8 months now and we love it. We use the 4 different temperatures of water daily; so convenient to have that choice 'on tap' and know it's healthy, clean water. All in a neat machine that takes up little more room than a conventional kettle. It's perfect.

My family loves the taste of the water from this machine, especially the kids. Everything seems easy to setup and maintain. I would recommend using a water softener if you live in a hard water area. Also would recommend buying the hard water filter kits as well. (This may add to your initial cost of setup.) We have completely stopped using our kettle since buying the Osmio Zero Reverse Osmosis system since it can heat the water for us. I have not changed the filters yet, but looking at the instructions it does not appear to be difficult. Overall, I think it is a little expensive, but if you can afford it, it is worth the investment in cleaner water, especially if you're in a big city like London. The only thing I think is missing from the Osmio Zero System is a chilled water function. Right now it can serve room temperature, warm or hot water. A chilled water function would have been perfect on a hot summer day. This is not a deal breaker for me of course, because it already does so much. I just wish it was a feature they added, or maybe a mini ice maker compartment? I hope you're reading this Osmio engineers! I would buy a second system if you could include the cold water/ice feature as well.

We've only been using this water filter for a few weeks but so far it functions as described in the manual. It's easy to use and convenient, especially having hot water on demand in the quantities required. The only puzzling thing about it is that the filter returns waste water, post filtration, back into the refillable water tank and I can't fathom how it avoids getting mixed with the tap water already present in the tank which is due to be filtered and consumed. I've yet to buy a TDS meter to measure dissolved solids pre and post filtration, so I'm unable to provide any statistics on how effective the device has been for us. But we're generally pleased with the Osmio filter. The difference in taste/smell of our tap water is noticeably improved after filtration.

I have had my Osmio machine for around five months and I am very happy with it. Here is a detailed overview that may help prospective buyers. First, the setup was really easy and it was filtering water in no time. I became a little concerned when my water in the morning (after being left in the machine overnight) had what I could only describe at the time as a "plasticy" aftertaste. I contacted Osmio about this who reassured me that what I was tasting was, in fact, the minerals that the machine adds back into the water at the end of the filtration. (The filter is so thorough it removes the water's natural minerals, so the water is re-mineralised during the last stage of its processing.) They said this taste would go away with use and it did eventually. I expect it will return when I replace the filters and attach a new re-mineralisation module, but at least I now know what the taste is and know that it is not harmful. To clarify, I only tasted it during the first glass of the day. Anyway, I never taste it these days, so all is good. The hot water and boiling water functions are bonuses to this device, but I have a small gripe with how the chosen water temperature is dispensed. To get the hot water you have to turn a dial until the appropriate symbol illuminates, and then push the dial in. It would be more intuitive to lose the dial and simply be able to press the boiling water symbol if that's what you wanted, or the warm water symbol, etc. Sometimes I move the dial to boiling water, fill up a cup and then fill up a second cup, only to find the second cup has been filled with cold water because it defaults back to cold water after just a few seconds of being idle. I've been caught out by this a lot. To me, the dial is a nuisance and unnecessary. If Osmio sold a hardware update to slide out the old dial interface to replace it with a push-button interface I'd most certainly buy it! Anyway, like I said, the water temperature selection is a bonus to me and not why I bought the machine. Overall I am very happy with it. I can honestly say I enjoy drinking my tap water a lot more since the Osmio machine has been in my life. I absolutely recommend it, I just wanted to be completely honest so people can make an informed decision, and I hope that Osmio reads this and considers implementing the changes I have suggested. Overall, a great product that I am very glad I purchased! I have recommended it to friends and family.

Very easy to use and set up and so much quicker than a water distiller that I was using previously. I would recommend getting one of these. There’s the option for cold and hot filtered water.

Very easy to use, water tastes great & the whole family loves it (even the dog - who used to drink any old stagnant or muddy puddle in an effort to avoid drinking our tap water, even when it had been through a Brita jug filter!. No looking back :)

The product is easy to use and aesthetically designed, fitting pleasantly into our kitchen. It has become an interesting regulator of our water consumption, which initially was quite a surprise! We also ran a purity test on our tap water (Scotland) and filtered water. The result was a reduction from 33 ppm to 0 ppm.
