“Water taste clean and you get 4 litres out of 5 litres you put in. You have to manage the hot/cold well or your tea is slightly too cold and you drinking water slightly too hot. However, all worth it when you realise you’re not drinking hormones and antibiotics.”

“The tray was not magnetised so I was asked to send it back for repair. The staff later explained they had removed that feature from the product making the return unnecessary. Then it wasn't working when it was returned and I had to fix it myself from the video. Not a very good experience!”

“The system itself works well and you can really tell the difference in the water quality. The hot water makes tea and coffee just as well as a kettle too. The only gripe is that around a litre of water is wasted upon every fill up which is a shame and reduces the rating to 4. That said, the system was delivered quickly, was well packaged and is easily operated.”

“The machine arrived promptly and is a very practical solution, taking the place of an electric kettle and providing clean water as can be acquired for drinking and cooking. It also takes the place of the gravity filter jug for drinking water. It is fast and efficient and easy to fill and empty. Perfect for our family household of four. Brilliant product. Many thanks Osmio.”

“Easy to use so far only the drip Tray cannot be adjusted to fit different types of cups. Minor abnormal occurred once and unplugging of the power supply was required. The abnormality was the hot water indicator failed to change back to normal water automatically. The manual suggested filling water not to exceed 3 litres if the water hardness is more than 250 is not practical. The pre-filter should be able to reduce the hardness of the water to less than 200 before the RO filter to prolong the life of the RO filter. Finally, the cost seems high when compared with a similar product such as Philips RO ADD6911/90.”

“It's a great machine but with daily use in a household of two, ours only lasted ~4 years. Then the software controller malfunctioned which determines hot/cold temps and prompts the dispenser. It rendered the machine unusable. We ordered a new one because clean water without pollutants in mains water like chlorine is vital to our health. Plus it tastes a helluva lot better. We simply hoped for longer life expectancy! Hence only four out of five stars. At four years, our running cost including replacement filters was about 50 cents a day. In our book that's still very fair value. Srajan & Ivette”
