“The Hernia Belt was easy to adjust to my size and immediately reduced the disdiscomfort of my hernia. Something digging in slightly on the waist element, but it's probably me not putting on quite right this morning. Now on Day3 of wearing it and overall very pleased. I have been able to continue with a daily walk and exercise bike. Recommended.”

“Very difficult to put on and position. It does not prevent the hernia popping out but does seem to limit the swelling. It is uncomfortable to bend down. I am very thin and the belt is at the limit of its fixing point so I can't get it any tighter. The picture above show it worn over a large pair of underpants. These are not everyday wear, and the ones I use are smaller so more difficult to position the belt.”

“Works well and is comfortable. One improvement for smaller people woud be to have more velcro on boh ends of the strap that goes under.”

“It really works,although the strap that goes underneath needs careful adjusting or chaffing on leg occurs.Also don't leave going to the bathroom too late as taking it off....”
