“Really good piece of kit. Arrived as expected within a few days. Does the job well. Once I was used to wearing the belt, I found no problems wearing it. And no pain or discomfort from the hernia.Stayed in place when moving around. Very happy. Would recommend.”

“It works sometimes. Keeping the pressure pad in the correct place to stop the hernia escaping can be difficult when moving around a lot, which, for the majority of the day is the case. A larger pad would be more effective, I think.”

“The belt does what it’s supposed to, it holds in the bulge and is comfortable enough to be forgotten about. The down side is that the Velcro doesn’t last, my first one lasted about two months but I have bought a second. The cost is less than a cup of coffee a week and hopefully this one will last until the operation.”

“Used the Hernia Belt for almost 3 months, prior to a hernia surgery. Belt worked well for 2 months or so but Velcro type fastening then became increasingly less effective in holding belt securely in position. Eventually gave up using it at about 2.5 months.”

“Does hold my hernia in quite well but the chaffing caused by the straps is unbearable.”
