“I ordered a gift box for the set of earrings that I had purchased and was quite disappointed with the result. The box was HUGE compared to the earrings and was just filled with plain white paper. I actually spent a long time looking for the earrings in the paper as I mistook the small envelope that they actually came in as just a piece of card. I didn't end up using the gift box at all. I would think for quite a pricey £5 the box would at the very least be the appropriate size for the gift.”

“Very disappointed, was expecting a nice small box as it was such a delicate necklace (As I would have got in the shop) instead it was a large box with the necklace scrunched up at the bottom in a plastic envelope. The box was then stuffed with ugly packing paper, not even tissue paper that I could have done something with. A waste of £5 as had to find something of my own to repack it.”
