“Gift boxes should be able to fit at least 2 gifts in them - that feels like the point of a gift box. This also wasn’t clear until after payment.”

“For £5 I was expecting a nicer packaged box than what I received. It was basic and essentially a plain box with an Oliver Bonas label on it and some shredded paper. Total rip off and I’ve had to bin the box and re-wrap this separately.”

Hi there John, thanks for getting in touch. Our gift boxes are sealed due to their design. If you do want to check the contents, please do open it and we can send a replacement gift box as a good will gesture. Thanks, Team OB
