“The gift box was much to big for the ring . Just a large grey OB box . Paid £5.00 for ring to be gift wrapped and have had to go a buy a box etc.,”

“Gift box looks lovely, but was much bigger than I expected. The tiny friendship bracelet I bought to go inside looks very lost! A smaller option alongside this one would be ideal.”

“Loved the products but the gift box was a disappointment, just a brown cardboard box with an orange Oliver Bonas card sleeve. For £5 I was expecting gift wrapping, paper and/or ribbon at the very least. A paper slip with the message typed on it was inside the box. It should have been on a card at the very least.”

“Whilst I was delighted with the makeup bag, I was very disappointed in the gift box. It took 30 minutes to open it, and the box was far too big. I’ve cut a bit off, but think I’ll not bother using it,”
