“I have found that I am feeling better in myself since using the superfoods.I have lost a bit of weight, but that wasn't particularly my aim. I only use it once a day for my breakfast, and find it delicious. However, as I would like to loose a bit of weight before my holiday, I am going to start using it for lunch too. Watch this space!”

“I started using Total Superfoods a couple of weeks ago. It's easy to prepare - I like to vary the fruit/berries in mine and have yet to find a combination I don't love! Even better, my weight loss had ground to a halt, but using the shakes coupled with calorie control has kick started it into action. So, I've just received my latest order of 3 months supply - let's do this!”
