“After need a much needed kick start for both mind and body I decided to do a 7 day juice cleanse. Delivery was prompt and arrived when it said it would and the juices were well packaged. I found sticking with the cleanse easy enough, never felt hungry, fatigued or unwell due to the detox. I'm not a huge fan of celery so found a couple of the juices more difficult to get down but nothing I couldn't overcome !! 7 days later with a 7lb loss I feel invigorated and motivated to carry on eating healthy and clean .”

“Just finished my 7 day cleanse and my gut is feeling amazing! I suffer with may conditions and this gave me a real rest from solid foods! 7 days is hard, midweek tiredness crept in but I still continued training but had longer deeper sleeps.”
