“Very disappointed to be honest! The idea is great and I think if you can actually do it, then I think it could work very well, I wish I could have continued with the plan. The flavours are just vile, the ones I tasted anyway, I had such a headache the first day, nearly vomited and had to go to bed at 9.30. Couldn't face drinking anymore the next day, I wasted 3 days worth as they were defrosted. I have more in the freezer and will try again. I did not read the plan properly I think i will try the 5:2 with different flavours. Green ones were the worst, cucumber flavour and celery, I just could not cope with it. I think if you can do it it will be amazing, so good luck to all of you. I have done restricted dieting before and always been ok, I will try again soon x”

“Each of the juices are tasty. My least fave is no 3 but still not unpleasant to drink. Love the zesty lemon Neon+! My partner and I did a 7 day detox after Christmas to give us a healthy kick-start to the year (along with Dry January for me and alcohol and caffeine free for the week for him). I'd say 7 days was just a bit too long for us. By day 5 we were grumpy and having intermittent headaches. It is a seriously low cal detox. At the end of 7 days I'd lost 5.3 lbs and my partner 7.9 lbs. Back on regular food again, this has given us the momentum to decrease our portion sizes whilst our stomaches expect less and focus on healthy eating. It's not something we would do more than twice a year but we are entertaining a 5:2 approach as a more sustainable eating model.”

“Very happy with my order. It arrived the next day and I've felt so good getting all the nutrients in from the Cold pressed juices. I managed a 4 day juice fast, and then I did 6 days of incorporating the juices in alongside my other meals. Would definitely order again from Nutriseed.”
