“Myself and husband have been taking it for a week know. Felt tired the first couple of days with a slight headache. But 3rd to 7th day has been fine. Its stopped our bad eating habits with evening snacking. My husband lost 1 stone and I lost half a stone. We are both going to continue twice a week a great start to a healthy diet”

“Really effective product. 5kg lost in a week, less swelling and feel much better in myself. The water with lemon really helps. After the 2nd day it wasn't a challenge. Slight headache on first day but otherwise fine. It's worth the price but I'd recommend a discount for re-orders maybe?”

“I only liked 2/5 juices so it was difficult to keep going. Also 7 days is a very long time so it would be helpful to have more guidance from the company around how to proceed. I have since had info about 5:2 juicing which has been helpful but I wish I got this at the beginning. I would not buy again unless there was opportunity to choose the juices included for the same price”
