“The juices arrived defrosted except for a few in the centre of the box. Not sure if this affected them but I did put them all in the freezer. Started on Saturday bu only managed one day. I found them unpalatable and was retching particularly on the lunch time one number 3. Got to the end of the day, Felt awful and had dreadful headache. So gave it a few days and tried again, but same reactions to them. I did like the lemon water and Manukau honey. So very disappointed. The remainder are in the freezer. Upset that I ordered the seven day detox and have only used two days. I am sure it works for many people but not me. It was so difficult to get them down.”

“The juices tastes quite nice and although they are not particularly filling I didn’t feel as hungry as I though I would. The caffeine deprivation was the hardest to deal with, I had the odd cup to keep the headaches away. My friends commented on how I was ‘glowing and full of beans’ by the afternoon of day 2. I lost 4.5lbs in 3 days. And have just started another cleanse today.”
