“So, got this juice diet as really wanted to kick start my healthy eating / exercise regime again. I suffer with IBS and follow a no wheat / gluten / dairy diet. What with Christmas etc. I hadn't been sticking to it hence stomach problems and weight gain. It did the job, the only day I didn't feel hungry was the last day, every other day all I could think about was good or having a coffee, but I stuck to it and I felt great b the time it had finished. Had lost about 7lbs, added bonus, but have now been able to continue with my no wheat / gluten / dairy diet and I feel so much better.”
