“This was my first juicing diet and I expected to feel exhilerated but the truth is that i felt hungry and tired most of the week. I got a lot of emails from nutriseed in the lead up to the juicing week but no follow up throughout which felt like i had paid the money and they left me to it. I felt that what they provided was a mass produced juice and delivery. The juices had been frozen multiple times and took a good 20 hours to fully defrost. I wasn't a huge fan of the juices themselves and other friends had also informed me about this prior to selecting them.”

“Not a juice cleanse! These are bottles of water with a bit of fruit and veg pulp in. Selling this at the price they do is fraud plain and simple. Continuing the theme of low quality product, all of the "juices" were fully defrosted and warm on delivery. Several of the ultra low grade bottles were not sealed properly so mess was everywhere!”

“Brilliant! 5 days is enough, or even 3, to kickstart eating more healthily. Wouldn’t say any of the juices are delicious, but all are fine and better ice cold. Did have an egg, some chicken and melon too, which probably defeats the purpose, but it’s worked for me. Tummy is now much flatter and definitely lost a bit of weight. One tip if you do the 5 day diet, start on a Monday or when you’re not at home all the time or entertaining etc. Had thought I could make up these juices and do myself, but this is the way to go. Everything arrived on time, packed well, ice cold and I didn’t need to faff about preparing anything. 10 out of 10 from me”
