“I think the juices are priced very affordably, but they are not suitable for a cleanse. They have way too much fruit and therefore sugar content and the portions are also incredibly small. The content isn't fully transparent on the site and I would have not bought them had I known how much cheaper ingredients like apple and pear they contain. In my experience a good juice is 80% vegetables and 20% fruit or less, especially for folks who want to loose weight in the long run.”

“Just finished my first ever 5 day juice cleanse with nutriseed and I loved it!! I was really nervous starting out because I’d never done anything like this before and I was worried the food cravings would be miserable the whole way through. Instead, I found the opposite; I didn’t feel I lacked anything over the entire 5 day period which goes to show you how high the juices must be in nutrition. Juices 1 and 5 were my particular favourites but the others are nice too. All in all I lost 7lbs in 5 days, I feel lighter, my skin is brighter and I’ve never woken up so many mornings in a row with a high energy ‘zingy’ feeling! BUT by far my favourite thing from this whole experience is that it’s inspired me to think more deeply about nutrition on a day-to-day basis, and for the long term. Nutrition and what we get from our food is so clearly essential in how we look, how we feel and our overall quality of life. Thank you nutriseed for helping me take the first step in what I hope will now be a journey of learning, growing and implementing some life long changes that will positively impact my well being, my health and the environment. Bring it on”
