“Just finished my first 2 days of the 5:2 regime. I wont say it was easy and I wasn't hungry, but thankfully with a cup of miso/oxo cube they got me through and i lost just over 4 1bs and felt a lot less bloated. I' m going to eat very sensibly over the remaining 4 days and keep within 1500 calories or below. Do the same next week and hopefully by the end of that week I will have doubled the weight loss. I found the juices delicious and coming straight out of the fridge very refreshing. I feel this is a good start.”

“Where do I begin? The five day cleanse gave me instant results - I immediately felt revitalised and it felt as if I was given a new lease of life. It would be amazing to do this again and continue my juicing journey on a longer term basis!”

“Very happy, I do one of these 5 day cleanses at least once a year. I usually do a post festive break cleanse as I'm feeling in need of it. I lost 10lbs in 5 days this year which gives me a great kickstart into the renewed training and dietary plan. Recommended.”

“I ordered a personalised cleanse, mostly green juices. I did feel the fruit content in the green juices was a bit high for my liking. I was surprised that they were only 250ml, I was sure I read they were 500ml. Otherwise it was fine”

“I dont have much to weight to lose but I struggle with the few pounds I put on since I came back traveling from home ( 5868.46 nautical miles via Dubai), and we are talking about over 2 years ago. I tried everything lose weight fir a month ad back again like a proper yoyo diet. But when I tried nutriseed, this has really impacted my life, physically ( I lost 10pounds since nutriseed became my norm), emotionally ( feeling better for myself I dropped my size back to 8) and most importantly it helped improved my blood pressure! Not like me to boast but I feel beautiful inside out. Thank you for helping me and thank for I know you will continue to help more people like me.”
