“I would not recommend this. I lost 5 pounds in 3 days but put it back on again as soon as I ate normally. The juices are revolting and you could lose more weight sensibly doing the real 5:2 diet or the Fast 800.”

“I had always heard about juicing but felt intimidated with making my own. I'm so glad I came across Nutriseed. They made my juicing experience really easy and I like the taste of the juices. I lost 6.5kg in 3 months doing two 3-day juices on different months. I would highly recommend”
