“I have to admit that I was a little scared about doing this but I was surprised. It was so much easier than I expected. The juices all taste nice which I didn't expect and I didn't get massively hungry. My family expected me to be hangry most of the time but I felt really good. I had more energy and slept better and afterwards felt less bloated. My husband wants to give it a go as well now and I think I will do this again in a few months time.”
