“This is great for quick weight loss and feeling good but it is hard, I have done Jason vales plan many times, loose less weight but seems more manageable than this plan, if you can just relax and not do anything after 5pm it would be better but I have two boys to look after. The number 2 drink neon was aweful but the rest so tasty, I would definitely do this plan again, as my stomach looks amazing but i did get very hungry on it, I was a size 10 now size 8”

“The juices are not the tastiest bunch but they do what they need to do- clean you out! After 3 days i feel fresh, very energetic and I've lost 3,5kg! First 2 days however can be really difficult due to headaches as a result of caffeine withdrawal.”
