“To be honest .. this time last week I had just had my last juice..... and couldn’t have been happier at the thought that I would return to normality in the morning ! Yes I lost weight ..... half a stone in 3 days.... but felt so tired and had horrific headaches.... that I felt the whole process was far too extreme. If I did it again I would introduce fresh homemade vegetable soup at lunchtime on top of suggested juice to alleviate such a weird feeling that I had . Good luck ... but a bit of advice ... drink MUCH MORE WATER than you would normally do in a day !!!!!”

“In the 3 days I lost 7lbs. I was very tired in the evenings and couldn’t gym, but did manage to go to my work. My skin was much clearer and I felt like I was glowing. I wasn’t hungry, the juices were ok, no.3 was the worst, by the 3rd day I didn’t like the taste of any. After the cleanse I went back to eating rubbish too quickly and it made me really dizzy, so be careful. I will do it again 100%.”

“My first time to Juice Cleansing. Juices were all tasty except No.2 which was too tart in flavour for me. First day I experienced bad headaches & very tired, thought I would give up but went to bed & felt fine the next day, so persevered. Pleased I achieved the 3 days, I dropped 5 lbs in weight & my digestive system felt so good.”

“I’d definitely recommend this juice diet. It’s tough to get through but definitely worth it. It’s my 3rd time doing it. I like the taste of 1-4 juices but have to gulp down the 5th (it’s horrible).”

“All seemed to be too frozen, once they defrosted, they were so bitty, and wouldn't shake together to make a juice. Had to throw away. I have had these before, and the taste was lovely. I'm sure it was just a bad batch.”

“I have tried a few “ready to go “ juice cleanses . This is far the best I have used. Excellent service from placing the order, with easiness of picking delivery slot , to receiving tips and advice on how to make your cleanse work for you . Most importantly they taste great, clearly labelled and it amazes you how satisfying they are .”
