“I did a 7 day cleanse and lost 8,25lbs. The juices taste ok, but juices 3 and 4 were more liked - I think because they were the 'green' ones. Comes down to your own preference. Juice 2 - Neon - really tart, but dilute it with sparkling water and it was ok. Juices are 250ml, not 500ml from other companies, but I just diluted them to 500ml.”

“Day 8 in, 2 to go and already lost 8lbs, bloatiness an feel full of energy. Have the Total Superfoods ready to start when I finish! Would highly recommend if you are wanting to lose a few pounds.”

“I liked juices 1,2,4,5 I think juice 3 could do with something to make it a bit sweeter! It was a bit of a tricky one”
