“I found the juices fairly easy to take and surprisingly filling. I must admit to eating the odd apple and hand full of nuts, but other than that I found it fairly easy to stick to the juices and "nothing" else . I had the pleasure of being able to wear trousers that I had grown to big for. I lost a lot of weight all over. I have already ordered further supplies by the way I am just approaching 75 years of age(semi disabled), and am feeling better that I have felt in many years.”

“I was dubious whether I would have the will power to stick at it for 10 days. Going cold turkey on food isn't for the faint hearted! By day 6 I was really wanting something to get my teeth into, but the juices all taste great, so each 'hit' of calories was enjoyable. I am sleeping way better, the heartburn is gone and I'm bright eyed and bushy tailed! Despite the lower calories (less than 500 a day in the juices alone) I've had no cravings and hunger has been kept at bay by the magic juices (and a lot of water). I just wish there was a collect and return/exchange for all those little plastic bottles, it seems a shame to be using single use plastics even if they can be recycled.”

“It’s the first time I’ve done a juice cleanse, I’m on day 9 of 10 and I’ve actually found it really easy. I can’t give you what I’ve lost in weight as I’m waiting till the end”
