“I have chronic fatigue syndrome and started taking these 2 months ago after reading an article to say there is a suggestion they can help. I have to say I was skeptical as I have tried a lot of things, but I will try pretty much anything if there is a chance it will help me maintain some normal activities. I have been surprised at my increased energy lavels and consistently able to function a little better from about a week in. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I love these supplements. I suffer with anxiety but since taking these Ashwagandha capsules, 2 a day I have never felt better. They even helped me through the winter which normally is when I am at my worst. I barely had any effects and did not have to use my SAD lamp at all. Have recommended to everyone who suffers so sales must have increased!”

“Did originally buy some ashwaghanda powder but pretty awful tasting so capsules are much better. Take two a day and feel that they are beneficial.”
