“I was recommended these tablets by a friend and they definitely seem to be making a difference to my sleep. It would be good to know the amount of ashwagandha in each tablet which another reviewer has pointed out is not indicated. But I have been taking the quantity suggested and sometimes doubling it and it is definitely helping my sleep.”

“I find these start to work instantly, they help me relax and sleep better as somehow they alleviate stress and anxiety, which is something we are all suffering from at the moment in this crazy world. I highley recommend taking them, especially at night. Will you be bring back tje power form?”
