“Was interested to try this as have tried food based 5:2 diets before. Juices all taste great. Some are even too sweet for me and I have a sweet tooth, so don't be put off by the colour green, they are equally delicious. Lost 4lbs in first week which I was so chuffed about as I only did one day just because of when I received them and when I generally weigh myself. Also list a couple of inches off my waist so very pleased.”

“Mix up with the first delivery, but. Thry sorted it straight away with an apology, juices are tasty. I did find they were a little expensive for what you get, it was easier to follow than I thought, I bought extra superfoods and. Use that too every day I don’t juice, weight is falling off me , helped with exercise, would and have reccomend. Easiest diet to follow x”

“I have tried multiple juice cleanses and found that nutriseed left me feeling fuller longer. I did not have as many cravings and it was fun to use the supplement powder in smoothies! Juices are a good size and a lot more tasteful compared to other brands that are watered down.”
