“I was a bit sceptical about doing the 5:2 but my weight loss had come to a bit of a plateau & I needed a bit of help. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the juices & soups & would highly recommend. I'm going to do it again when I return from my holidays.”

“Wow I am extremely impressed with nutriseed I have lost 7lb in the first two weeks I will continue to use nutriseed as I look and feel so healthy no bloating and all my friends have commented how flat my stomach is. thank you nutriseed. “This scheme only works if you have loads of room in the freezer and dont mind having the same set of juices that you pick at the beginning It would be far better if they were delivered once a week and you could alter your blends The admin of the scheme needs sorting But the actual juices are nice and the 5:2 does work”
