“Juices were frankly revolting to taste, the only one that was actually ok was the carrot one which is clarity. The chocolate/banana porridge was gross. Don’t order these they won’t help you lose weight. Just eat more protein, less carbs and make sure you’re in a calorie deficit.”

“I've just began the 5.2 club and have so far found it very easy and straightforward. It's only been a few weeks but I do feel a lot less foggy and more clear headed. I'm hoping to lose a bit of weight also. I haven't weighed myself yet but I do feel very good so it must be doing something. The first fasting day was a bit hard but I think you get accustomed to it quite quickly. The juices are really tasty too.”

“I over heard someone saying how much weight they had lost on the programme - I struggle to loose either eating too little or too much . I sent for the cleanse and used it as 5:2 approach to see how I got on , I was delighted with the results - loosing weight feeling good and having to focus on eating enough on the eat days what a happy problem - will be sticking with 5:2 so easy to follow thanks Nutriseed”

“Great product and so handy for 5:2 eating. Also recently tried the powder which was nice. Only thing was took a good while to defrost so used to put at room temperature for a bit. But overall would definitely buy again”

“Absolutely love the juices in this plan, lost 6lb within my first week and 4lb in my second week. I no longer have fear of the scales. Not only has this been great for jump-starting weightloss, I feel incredible on my juice days with more energy, better sleep and zero bloating which has lead to better food choices on my non juice days. I have completed juice fasts before, however Nutriseed take all the hassle of planning and prep away.”
