“I've tried loads of diets and this is easiest most convenient for me. I Started week 4 this week and I'm loving the juices. I'm so fussy but I love them all and I've lost a few lbs while still eating normal food on my non fast days I will be carrying on until my goal weight.”

“I only wanted to try it for 2 weeks and another 2 weeks turned up that I didn’t order and the second batch of juices tasted really odd like they had gone off. I have tried to contact you but had no luck I don’t want to be charged for another box.”

“Great idea in theory, and my first day of juices went well. However by the second day I couldn’t face drinking some of them, and by day three I could only drink one, and by day 4 I’d given up (the idea of only consuming 500 calories a day is fine and I’ve found I can make this up in fruit and veggies instead of the drinks - which is much more appetising!)”

“So far, I am enjoying then 5:2 Nutriseed plan. I lost 4 lbs in my first week and I find having the drinks already in my fridge ready to go is so convenient and means I won’t go off plan! The drinks are all really tasty and I can’t wait to continue my Nutriseed journey!”
