“i joined the juice club on a weeks trial to see how it was and whether it would work for me. I lost 4lb in my first week (I'm 51 and don't loose weight easily). i'm only on week 2 but I can tell you that it is definitely worth trying. The juices are delicious although I think you need to try them all to work out your favourites - I've swapped out a couple for week 2 to try. I love the flexibility that this club brings. And the superfoods that comes with the juice helps you to make the most delicious cravings. Well done Nutriseed!”

“I cannot believe how easy it has been to convert to Nutriseed 5:2 Juice club! I don't find my Juice days hard at all, in fact I enjoy them! I am only on week 2, but have already lost inches all over, feel less bloated and more energised. I can't wait to see further results but I think I am here to stay in the 5:2 Juice Club!”

“I think this way of dieting is very good and I understand all the advantages of it, but I found it extremely difficult not to eat and just drink all day I think I am still not fully committing to what I should be more positive about”
