“It's been very easy to follow the plan, the drinks are from lovely to palatable, and having it all prepared has made it simple, and you can always look forward to your usual food the next day. You do have to remember to take them out of the freezer in time!”

“I received my products all defrosted on my doorstep. I took them inside to find the soups had all separated and I have to rip them all down the sink. It was a waste of money so I didn’t get to taste them just threw over £100 into the sink.”

“I was so pleased to see weight finally coming off, however on the 2nd fasy I was hungry and light headed. Thankfully this passed and I have been fine since. Not too keen on the carrot and cumin soup so this time I have chosen a selection.”

“Tastes great, however, to purchase a monthly subscription you have to receive all 40 bottles which is very inconvenient to store. Plus on delivery, some of the bottles leaked. I like the idea of cleansing and it was helpful but they need to think about logistics to busy lives”
