“All mixed up for you ......great !!! I can buy all these ingredients myself but some get outdated a bit Before I get around the mixing them, STUPID !!! Let Nutriseed do it all for you in properly measured proportions.... And what's more it is chocolatey FANTASTIC. They used to say "go to work on an egg" I say.........start your day with a total Superfood Smoothie and it really does taste delicious . cheers!!!!”

“I bought a bag of Total Superfoods as I love milkshakes and want to lose weight. Normal weight loss shakes are quite expensive & Superfoods are 99p (this doesn't include the cost of the milk). I like Superfoods mixed with chocolate soya milk to make a lovely rich chocolate shake (about 100 calories) and also with Muller Light yoghurts. It definitely gets your bowels moving so if you are constipated (on weight loss products or otherwise) this is for you. It is also good for people with water retention. I think I have lost 3/4 lb in the first 2 days. I hope it continues!”
