“I can drink this just with almond milk. I love the fact that the carb count is low because I am on a low carb, high fat diet. Nutriseed customer services were excellent when I needed to have a nutritional breakdown before ordering it. This will be my go to supplement in the furture, plant based is the way to go and better for your body. This is an easy, pleasant way to get those extra goodies into your body.”
