“I have just started taking the Multi-B complex again after stopping for several months. I only relised how good they are because after stopping taking them my energy levels fell and I began to feel low again, the reason I took them in the first place. I have to say that they are indeed a very effective product and I shall not stop taking them again.”

“I am a vegetarian and always worried about my B12 and other B vitamins (complex is the one that people recommend over just B12), so I started using these. I recently had some bloods done and my B12 is at normal range, so was pleased to see that with my diet and these Multi B Complex combined, that my levels are good.”
