“I am a vegetarian and always worried about my B12 and other B vitamins (complex is the one that people recommend over just B12), so I started using these. I recently had some bloods done and my B12 is at normal range, so was pleased to see that with my diet and these Multi B Complex combined, that my levels are good.”

“I choose Nutrigold Multi B Complex because the quality of the ingredients is very high, after all they are also the suppliers of my sublingual B12. I find many sites awkward and confusing or problematic to purchase from but Nutrigold is easy to use and the orders and delivery process are very efficient and quick.”

“I had these for my husband to help clear skin complaint after chemo, they have worked, but oh boy do they smell awful, husband has to hold his nose to swallow them!!!!!”
