“A customer for many years. Mt recent order by phone was for 1 x Magnesium Citrizorb and 1 x Supermag. Delivery very swift arrived within a couple of days but… 2x Citrizorb and no Supermag! Another phone call and full apology, they offered to send me a returns package, I said no need - I will keep both Citrizorb and ordered Supermag which arrived next day. No nonsense, immediate apology, problem resolved. Good service albeit mistake but resolved swiftly. Thank you.”

“Quality products and prompt service. Just bought their Alka Greens and I think they should flavour it because of the quantity needed it’s impossible to disguise the pond water taste. Just can’t get it down, vile taste, but don’t doubt the content benefit.”
