“I keep this in the kitchen and use it almost every time I’ve washed and dried my hands as we have very hard water in this area which strips skin of its natural moisture. After using, the relief is wonderful! It absorbs with minimal rubbing in and leaves no residue. The effect only lasts until the next handwashing sadly but at least there’s no problem with repeated use as far as I can tell! I would not want to be without my supply now!”

“I already have one of these but bought a second one for my daughter as she was experiencing dry knuckles. She now uses this every night before bed and he hands are really soft. It took about 2/3 weeks for the dryness to go away, and its not come back.”

“Nursem unfragranced hand cream is the best hand cream for me. I use it every day and it stops my hands from being dry and sore. I also like the fact that nurses and midwives benefit too as Nursem gives them hand creams every month to help keep their hands from being sore.”
