“I am always washing my hands as I have pets. My hands were itchy and red, but since I've been using this they have completely healed. I like it on my hands at bedtime as scented hand creams start my exzma off on my eyelids if my hands are near my face. I even rub a spot of nursem onto my eyelids which seems to help . I would not use anything else now. A little bit pricey but a bottle last for ages.”

“My husband has struggled with sore hands for years and no matter what the Doctor prescribed nothing ever worked. Decided to give this a try and WOW!!!!! What a difference. His hands have never been so good, he will not use anything else now. I would definitely recommend this hand cream to anyone with sore, dry, red itchy hands.”

“Use throughout the day after hand washing. Lovely, rich & moisturising cream in a brilliantly convenient pimp dispenser- be wonderful if one could buy refil pouches to hopefully save on plastic.”

“I've been in and out of the care profession most of my working life and a mother of 4 and a pet owner. My hands have had all sorts of abuse and rescue creams. Nursem caring hand cream never leaves a film. Bodyshop hemp was my go to, O'Keefs is OK. Nursem is in the kitchen, bedroom and sitting room. We have most of the products, my husband uses the little pot of intensive thicker cream on his scalp. He has lost most of his hair and he banged his head, scraping away some skin, the cream is a god send. I just have to nag him to do it.”

“My hands were always dry / cracked/ sore due to having a horse and hands always wet, cold. Also from washing them constantly as I work in a vets. Much better now after using nursem daily”
