“I’m a post menopausal woman. This is helping me to balance my hormones alongside my homeopathic HRT. Weird taste to begin with but strangely I quickly began to like it and look forward to drinking it. I started out with one cup in the evening. Like a lot of menopausal women I have a sensitive d compromised gut so I am also supporting and healing my liver with a medicinal herb. I also drink a water bottle or two of Na’vi’ wheatgrass juice powder. I now drink this tonic with milk 3 times a day. Though I am still on the first jar, I already have another in my cupboard. Very good adaptogenic with nourishing ingredients.”
